Cancellation, return & refund policy
We at Wearified take pride in the quality of our products. Following some of the most stringent QC process and using some of the best and high quality ingredients we have managed to develop these products so that you get the best quality at an affordable price.
As we say, the only beauty standard we follow is quality.
We will only consider returns for products purchased on our website.
Products once purchased are non-refundable. An item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
- If the package was received in a physically damaged condition
- If a wrong order has been received
If your package fulfils any of the above conditions, please inform our Customer Care within 3 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at email@example.com with your order number.
Return requests will be validated by our team within 5 working days. If and when your order return request is approved from our end, instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team.
On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 2 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.
Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued to you. If the product is found ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
If in case you have received delivery intimation from our logistics partners but have not received delivery, please do email us immediately (within 12 hours). Failing to do may result in us being unable to comply with the logistics' company policies for proof of delivery (PoD) and we won't be able to help you receive a refund or replacement for the same.
Once the refund has been approved by us, the reverse transfer of the commercials will complete within 3-4 working days. The refund amount will be credited to the source of payment.
For COD returns, we will obtain the bank details and do a transfer, and share the details. It will be on case to case basis.
You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet.

On request, your order can be successfully cancelled within 1-2 business days if it has not yet been shipped. You will be notified about the same via email.
